We are an online marketplace where users can buy and sell items with eachother (“Marketplace”). Sellmyclobber is not a party to any transaction conducted via the Marketplace. All transactions are between users of the Marketplace.

Professional sellers cannot use the Marketplace. If you are under the age of 18 you may only register and use the Marketplace with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Sellmyclobber is the marketplace for second hand designer men’s clothing, footwear and accessories. ‘Designer’ means any premium menswear brand/label. All items listed for sale must be immediately available to ship.

Any items that are prohibited by law (e.g. counterfeit items, stolen goods, weapons, firearms).
Items that are not mens designerwear.
Unhygienic items or unsafe items (e.g. used underwear, used swimwear)
Food, medicine, tobacco or alcohol products
Animal fur or similar products (such as ivory)
Sports equipment, tools, tickets (anything that isn’t menswear – you get the idea!)
Bulk items or drop shipping
Large quantities of brand new items or items with tags

You must own or have permission of the owner to sell all items that you list for sale.
All images uploaded must be original images taken of the actual item for sale and cannot be stock images or photos of another item.
All descriptions must be true, accurate and honest relecting the actual nature and condition of the item and identifying any obvious or serious defects.

If a user has a complaint please use the Contact Us form and we shall endeavour to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.

Sellmyclobber is an online marketplace for transactions between private individuals.
Sellmyclobber accepts no responsibility for any item listed for sale or sold on the Marketplace.

For transactions between private individuals, there is no obligation for a private seller to offer a right to reject. A private seller may nonetheless decide to offer the option to return or exchange an item (for example, by mentioning this in the descriptive section of their advertisement) but no such right is to be implied.

Sellmyclobber accepts no responsibility for any item which is missold, misdescribed, does not have good title or is faulty.

Upload your photos of an item, add your description, pick a price and list. We don't charge any fees to sellers!
Sell & ship

A customer buys your item, you will be told where to ship it to. Package up and post the item using your chosen postal service. Confirm the item has been shipped by hitting the confirm button on the item sale page.
Get paid

Buyer confirms they're happy with the item and you will receive your payment into your account.

Browse & buy

Just like any online clothing store, browse the shop and hit buy it now on any items that you like. Enter all your details at the checkout and confirm your order. Remember, most items on the site are one-off, so be quick!
Get your item

The seller will receive notification of the sale and your delivery address and will post the item to you using the method chosen.
Buyers fees

A small service fee of 8% will be added to the cost of your order which is paid at the same time as the final price.
Confirm you're happy with your order

The seller will confirm the item has been shipped following which you have 5 days to confirm you are happy with your order or raise an issue. If you're happy with your order the funds will be released to the seller's account. If an issue is raised you will be asked to resolve the issue mutually with the seller. If your issue is still not resolved, you can contact us.
